How to crack an Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (per person)
  • Flat surface

Method

  • Make sure hands are clean.
  • In one hand, confidently crack the egg on a flat surface
  • Over a bowl, press your thumbs gently into the crack of the egg
  • Open each half and let the egg slip out of the shell into the bowl
  • Now you are ready to cook.
