How to crack an Egg

- Flat surface
Method
- Make sure hands are clean.
- In one hand, confidently crack the egg on a flat surface
- Over a bowl, press your thumbs gently into the crack of the egg
- Open each half and let the egg slip out of the shell into the bowl
- Now you are ready to cook.
