Poached Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2-4 eggs (1 -2 eggs per person)
  • a cup – that can go in the microwave
  • warm water
  • 2 drops of vinegar
  • A green salad

Method

  • Crack egg in mug
  • Cover the egg with lukewarm water
  • Add 2 drops of white vinegar, swirl in mug and place in microwave
  • Cook for 35sec (depending on microwave) and you done.
  • Repeat for the remaining eggs
  • Place the poached eggs on top of the salad and serve.
