Poached Eggs
- 2-4 eggs (1 -2 eggs per person)
- a cup – that can go in the microwave
- warm water
- 2 drops of vinegar
- A green salad
Method
- Crack egg in mug
- Cover the egg with lukewarm water
- Add 2 drops of white vinegar, swirl in mug and place in microwave
- Cook for 35sec (depending on microwave) and you done.
- Repeat for the remaining eggs
- Place the poached eggs on top of the salad and serve.
