Fried Eggs
- 2 – 4 eggs
- Non-stick Frying pan and lid
- Tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper and herbs (optional)
Method
- Heat pan to medium.
- Coat pan with cooking butter, A well-oiled pan is key to making sure eggs don’t stick
- Once butter melted crack your egg into a bowl and then drop in pan, season lightly fry to your preference.
