Fried Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 – 4 eggs
  • Non-stick Frying pan and lid
  • Tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper and herbs (optional)

Method

  • Heat pan to medium.
  • Coat pan with cooking butter, A well-oiled pan is key to making sure eggs don’t stick
  • Once butter melted crack your egg into a bowl and then drop in pan, season lightly fry to your preference.
