Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 – 4 eggs, (1 – 2 per person)
  • Teaspoon salt

Method

  • Bring a pot of water bring to boil, add salt to the water.
  • Carefully add eggs to the boiling water and start the timer.
  • Get a bowl of cold water ready and once the timer goes off place the eggs into the blow of cold water to stop them cooking any further.
  • Crack on all sides on flat surface, and peel.
