Boiled Eggs
- 2 – 4 eggs, (1 – 2 per person)
- Teaspoon salt
Method
- Bring a pot of water bring to boil, add salt to the water.
- Carefully add eggs to the boiling water and start the timer.
- Get a bowl of cold water ready and once the timer goes off place the eggs into the blow of cold water to stop them cooking any further.
- Crack on all sides on flat surface, and peel.
